Assessments
Fairwinds Treatment Center in Clearwater, Florida provides initial assessments as a community service. Our assessment team includes clinically qualified professionals who are specially trained to evaluate individuals who may be in need of treatment for eating disorders, for drug or alcohol rehab or even treatment for co-occurring conditions. Whether conducted in person at our treatment facility or by phone, all assessments are strictly confidential. We offer recommendations for levels of care indicated, referrals to appropriate community resources and treatment alternatives, as well as assistance with clarifying insurance benefits.
