Location

Fairwinds Treatment Center is located in Clearwater, Florida, just minutes away from the pristine white beaches of the Gulf of Mexico. Clearwater is 30 minutes west of Tampa and is easily accessible on Highway (S.R.) 60. Highway 60 intersects with Alternate (U.S.) 19 (also known as Ft. Harrison Road). Turn left and Fairwinds is ahead 1.5 miles on the left.

Tampa International Airport or Tampa
Take S.R. 60 - Courtney Campbell Causeway to Clearwater.
After crossing the water, turn left (south) at the second overpass, which is U.S. 19. Follow U.S. 19 one (1) to two (2) miles to Belleair Rd. Turn right (west) and follow six (6) to eight (8) miles to the end. At the intersection of Belleair Rd. and Ft. Harrison Ave., turn right (north) At .3 tenths of a mile, turn RIGHT into Fairwinds Treatment Center.

Follow I - 4 West to Tampa - take 275 (south) - follow signs to exit at S.R. 60 - Clearwater (same directions as Tampa Airport above).

Sarasota - Naples and South
Take I-75 North. Merge onto 1-275 North via exit number 228 toward St. Petersburg.
Merge onto FL-686 W via exit 30 toward Largo/Clearwater (2.9 miles).
Turn slight right onto Roosevelt Blvd./FL-686 W (.02 miles).
Stay straight to go onto Roosevelt Blvd./FL-686 W. Continue to follow FL-686 W (6.6 miles).
Turn right onto N. Missouri Ave/FL-651 N (1.5 miles).
Turn Left onto Belleair Rd/CR-464 (0.6 miles).
Turn right onto S. Fort Harrison Ave/U.S.19 Alt (0.1 miles)
End at 1569 S. Fort Harrison Ave. Clearwater, FL 33756 (just north of Peppermill Restaurant).
