 
Art Therapy
Art Therapy is an important element of the Fairwinds eating disorders treatment program. There are many therapeutic benefits of art-making, some of which include increased levels of self-esteem, confidence, creativity, personal autonomy, motivation and awareness of the individual’s environment. Art therapy also provides the opportunity to express feelings, emotions and conflicts, as well as enhance social skills by interacting with others.
